Mrs. McAuliffe is a senior human resources professional with 20 years of human resources expertise and experience, with a particular focus on the financial services sector. Mrs. McAuliffe, also a senior occupational psychologist, has worked extensively in Talent Acquisition, including sourcing, selecting and developing graduate and managerial talent across a number of key business functions, including Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Corporate and Investment Banking. Mrs. McAuliffe has also built considerable experience in the areas of Performance Management, Succession Planning and Change Management.
Mrs. McAuliffe employs a broad range of specialized human resources solutions in the development of individual and business performance, including the following Talent Development solutions: Leadership Development Training & Program Design and Talent Assessment utilizing, among other things, the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) psychometric assessment, 16pf and OPQ personality questionnaires, Saville & Holdsworth Limited (SHL) suite of aptitude and assessment instruments and interest inventories. Mrs. McAuliffe also excels in providing best-in-class practices in the following others areas of Talent Development: Career Coaching, Organizational Development and Succession Planning.
Prior to joining Talent Matters, Mrs. McAuliffe worked in the field of Education for seven years developing and implementing educational policies and programs. Prior to this, she spent 20 years with Bank of Ireland Group where she provided human resources consultancy services to a number of key business functions, including Information Technology, Corporate Banking, Life Assurance, Legal, Marketing and Retail Banking, supporting the development of Customer Service roles, responsibilities and core competencies impacting 23,000 retail staff.
Mrs. McAuliffe has certifications in various educational programs and a variety of psychological assessment tools (e.g., 16pf and OPQ personality questionnaires, Saville & Holdsworth Limited (SHL) suite of aptitude and assessment instruments and interest inventories).
Mrs. McAuliffe graduated from Dublin City University with a Masters of Science (M.Sc.) Work & Organisational Psychology where she achieved 1st Class Honours. She also graduated from University College Cork with a B.A. in Psychology where she achieved Upper Second Class Honours.
Mrs. McAuliffe has a Certificate in Special Needs Education from the School of Practical Childcare, Dublin, Ireland, a Diploma in Personnel Management from the College of Industrial Relations, Dublin, Ireland and a Postgraduate Diploma in Statistics from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland.
