Thank You for Your Awesome Support at the HRPA 2012 Annual Conference & Trade Show

 

It was so great to meet so many of you at the HRPA 2012 Annual Conference & Trade Show this past February.  What an overwhelmingly positive response we had from you!  Thank you so much for all of your awesome comments about our customized and innovative approach to our HR service offerings, our booth design and for noticing and appreciating our zero waste approach to the Trade Show (including our 1 GB memory card giveaways)!  That's really what we were hoping for and it's what we do; we strive to do everything better -- to offer you innovative, leading-edge, customized, expert human resources solutions that are cost-effective for you!

We Achieved Our "Paperless" Goal & Commitment to Reduce Our Environmental Impact

 

Our goal was to go "paperless" at the HRPA 2012 Annual Conference & Trade Show. We most certainly achieved this goal. The feedback from all of you for our efforts was tremendous and certainly noticed by you. We are a company that is tenaciously committed to reducing our impact on the environment. That’s why we didn't want to bombard you with a ton of marketing brochures and hand-outs. Instead, we handed-out very cool and useful USB memory cards that you'll be able to use again and again, and at your leisure, you'll be able to check-out some interesting information about us that we have conveniently stored on the memory cards.  

 

In preparing for theTrade Show, we chose suppliers and products that are equally committed to reducing their environmental impact.  From our choice of prizes (i.e., the iPad2 and the iPod shuffles, which continue to make environmental progress in being free of toxic substances, use of recyclable and recycled materials, and smaller packaging), our decision to hand-out USB memory cards (i.e., the supplier's use of 100% recycled materials in parts of the components and conforming to the RoHS Directive (EU Restriction of Hazardous Substances)) rather than paper brochures, our use of scanning devices (i.e., Exposoft lead retrieval devices, Pokens) rather than exchanging business cards, and the various suppliers and products we used in our booth design, set-up and  and accessories (e.g., reduction of carbon footprint, commitment to conservation and use of renewable and sustainable materials, commitment to people and the environment, etc.) were all specifically chosen by us for their commitment to having the least amount of impact on the environment, including possessing one or more of the following:  the design uses less material and ships with smaller packaging, the use of renewable, sustainable and recycled materials, the following of environmental directives, the purchasing of carbon off-sets, the materials are free of toxic substances used by others and to be as energy efficient and recyclable as possible.
